Friendly and accommodating staff made for a welcoming experience.

The room was shockingly cramped and poorly maintained. I found the pillows to be flat and uncomfortable, leading to sleepless nights. the noise from the nearby street was relentless, disrupting any chance of peace.

The room provided ample storage space for suitcases and laptops, with a super-comfy bed and a selection of pillows. The bathroom featured a modern shower equipped with plenty of toiletries, and the cleanliness was on point.

The deluxe double room felt cramped, akin to a standard room with only a larger shower. No coffee or tea-making facilities present, and the hotel has an outdated vibe with telephones and fax machine connections visible. The courtyard view wasn't much to admire with air-conditioning units outside, making it awkward to enjoy privacy while staying in the room.

I also woudl ve appreciated a complimentary upgrade, given the chaos. honestly, it’s shocking that the noise from the elevator was so disruptive, it completely ruined my tranquility. absolutely disapointing! I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

I also noticed that the air conditioning in my room didn’t cool as efficiently as I hoped, causing some discomfort during the nights. Unfortunately, I could hear noise from neighboring rooms, which disrupted my peace at times. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to attractions but still quiet enough for a good night's rest.

It was just a perfect match for a swift visit in Murcia with attractive and competitive value for money. The location is great, making it easy to walk to the city center while avoiding the noise. Don't miss out on the tapas at the nearby restaurant, definitely worth it!

good stay but parking concerns

The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night. The shower area in the bathroom was generous in size, providing a great experience. the nearby supermarket and shops were quite convenient for quick necessities.

Secure parking was not directly at the hotel and required payment.

stayed at the churra for a couple of nights and had a great time. the location was ideal, just 5 mins from my husband's hospital. the staff were super friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. also, the hotel restaurant served some amazing food. we even enjoyed a fabulous meal at a nearby bar, despite the language barrier.

Had a lovely 2-night stay with a super comfy bed and a fantastic shower that felt like a spa! The relaxation room was a highlight, and I loved the cozy lounge area where I could kick back after a long day. The only hiccup was a bit of noise from the hallway, but it didn’t ruin the fun at all. 😊

Great location made touring Murcia easy. The breakfast had a variety of options including local specialties. The staff were helpful in recommending attractions and were always polite and courteous. Perfect for exploring.

Parking was quite cramped and could use better lighting for safety. Some language barriers at check-in were slightly challenging.

Great stay in a comfy spot

I was there for 5 nights and loved the small balcony that had a cool view for late-night drinks. The shower was really spacious and hot, perfect after a day walking around. The breakfast spread was dope, especially the fresh orange juice! The only thing was, the air con was a bit over the top. I'd have it on to cool down but it was too cold sometimes.
